Our eye pillows are constructed from Liberty of London fabric, making them ever-so-soft and comfortable. Each pillow has a removable inner pillow made from 100% quilt quality fabric filled with organic flax seed, making them very durable. The outside pillow can be machine washed on the delicate cycle once the inside pouch has been removed. 
 
We have two weights to choose from- our standard 7.75 ounce pillows or our lighter weight 6 ounce pillows for those who prefer a lighter weight or wear contact lenses, which allows you to choose the weight that's best for you.
 
Eye pillows are great for unwinding and relaxing, soothing tired eyes, assisting in power napping, reducing headache tension, or experiencing deeper meditation. 
 
For enhanced cooling, place eye pillow into zip lock bag and freeze 1-2 hours before use. To warm, place eye pillow in microwave for 15-30 seconds.
